* Early morning – pick up all rubbish and dirt around the complex, empty small garbage bins
Change over large bulk garbage bins, clean toilets, remove graffiti and cobwebs as necessary.
* Afternoon – repeat as above.
* Time commitment – up to 3.25 hrs per day. Plus call-outs. 2 unpaid call-outs per month.
* Remuneration: $4047.00 (including GST) per calendar month. $60.00 per paid call-out.
* Sale price: $38,000.00 as $30,000.00 plus $8,000.00 good will. Includes some cleaning products and equipment. (This is a reduction of over 50% from initial asking price). Non-negotiable. I repeat, it is a good value job for remuneration received.
